Born and raised in Sandusky, Dan came home to practice law in 1979. Over his thirty years of practice, Dan has handled a wide variety of legal matters to the great satisfaction of his clients. Most of Dan’s legal career has been spent in the commercial law area. He has handled a number of multi-million dollar sale/purchase transactions, and has recovered millions of dollars for injured parties in litigation by way of settlement or verdict. Dan has been heavily involved in the commercial banking area, having represented both banks and borrowers. Most recently, Dan has spent a great deal of time studying the rapidly developing area of mortgage fraud, and now represents a number of people who have been victimized by illegal, predatory loans.
