The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York rejects the foreclosing banks claim because it could not prove it held the note, and orders that the record be expunged.

The Ohio Supreme Court lets a Court of Appeals' decision holding that if the foreclosing bank could not prove it held the mortgage obligation at the time the foreclosure case was filed, the case must be dismissed!
